Thank you for your message concerning the goldfish in our Thessaloniki store.

The points you raise in your email are valid.

We agree with your view and would like to emphasize our principle of not using animals in our activities as a company.

Your letter has helped us amend a situation caused by eagerness and enthusiasm, despite the fact that the water in the specific jar where the goldfish was sheltered was renewed every day in order to avoid what you describe below. However, we agree with you that this was not the proper way to shelter the goldfish. For this reason we have already removed the goldfish from this jar and have given it to one of our employees that was willing to shelter it in a fish tank that he already has at his home.

Again, we would like to thank you for your valuable contribution on this particular issue.
