Αυτο που εχεις ειναι το High Range pH Test Kit ..... High Range pH Indicator Solution (m-Cresol Purple)...3 έτη
Αν ανοιξεις στη σελιδα του προιοντος απο κατω το λινκ με το "Product MSDS - English" θα δεις στο "Section 3 - COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS" (σελιδα 1), ονομα προιοντος αναφερει "m- cresol purple".

5 χρονια διαρκει το ph 6-7.6 pH Test Kit Fresh Water pH Indicator Solution...........................5 έτη

Περσυ επικοινωνησα και ο ιδιος με την APi και ειχα επιβεβεβαιωση των πληροφοριων για τη διαρκεια των τεστ.

Δεν μου απαντησαν ξεκαθαρα ωστοσο, γιατι δεν γραφουν ημερομηνια ληξης αντι για ημερομηνια εμφιαλωσης και να ξεμπλεκουμε, παρα ειπαν το τυπικο οτι χρησιμοποιούν τις παρατηρησεις μας για βελτιωση των προιοντων τους.

Subject: APi test kit expiration date clarification

Good morning.

I would like a clarification about the self life of your aquarium test Kits.

Some of my tests (kH gH), after a period of 3-4 years, began not to change colour while testing the water, even after emptying the bottle.

I would like you to confirm or contradict this.
Is my kit expired so i sould buy a new one?
If so, why don't you prefer to display the expiration date on the product, instead of bottling date?

Thank you very much for contacting us regarding our products. All of your comments and questions are valuable. We use your feedback to create the most effective line of aquarium and pond products available.

In response to your question, each reagent bottle has a Lot # printed on the bottle. The last four digits are the month and year of manufacture. Example: Lot # 28A0110. This is a pH reagent manufactured in January of 2010. Wide Range pH, High Range pH, Ammonia, Nitrate, Phosphate, Copper, Calcium and GH all last for three years. Nitrite and KH will last for four years. Freshwater pH (low range) and Pond Care Salt Level will last for five years. I would not use or trust these kits after they have expired.
