Az I know, the Valencia letourneux is a protected specie, but the fasciatus, and gambusia are not.
Please correct me if I am wrong!
by my opinion, for scientific studies boths species can be collected. and because I would like to write an article abuot these species living together it is a scientific reason.

it says, that fasciatus is not protected in greece.
